Dishwasher - SKYBOKX 109 Sports Bar & Grill : Job Details

Description of the role:The Dishwasher at Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using the dishwasher and manual methods. The Dishwasher ensures that the kitchen and restaurant areas are clean, organized, and presentable.Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, tableware, utensils, etc.
• Operate the dishwasher and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the equipment
• Sort and stack clean dishes and glassware properly
• Ensure all kitchen surfaces are cleaned and sanitized
• Assist with organizing and storing dishes, glassware, utensils, etc.
• Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and restaurant areas
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a dishwasher preferred
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices in a kitchen setting
• Ability to operate dishwasher and other cleaning equipment
• Physical stamina to stand and move continuously for long periods
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
