Wilderness Ridge also offers a casual restaurant featuring steaks and seafood, as well as private banquet spaces for events of any occasion and size.A Day in the LifeThe Dishwasher is responsible for washing, cleaning and proper storage of all cooking utensils, equipment, flatware, and glassware.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen, storage, and receiving areas clean and organized.
• Wash all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand.
• Wash or clean receiving area and trash areas.
• Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Clean dish machine after each meal period.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.
• Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations.
