In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. Responsibilities •Mop and clean kitchen floors daily to keep the workplace neat and sanitary •Keep track of dishwashing machine mechanical defects while also maintaining accurate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies •Rinse glassware, scrape plates, and sort dishes before loading them into the dishwasher •Unload the dishwashing machine and place utensils and dishes in appropriate storage areas •Attend regular employee meetings that will help you stay current on all procedures and safety protocols Qualifications •Previous experience working in food service is preferred •Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail •Great physical health and stamina •Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification
