EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum one (1) year steward or dishwasher experience preferred, high volume experience a plus
- Must be able to read and understand chemical uses and labels
- Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow state, city and company regulations
