OVERVIEW:To maintain all assigned areas in a manner that represents a constant image of cleanliness, order, and sanitation.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Wash and store dishes, pots, and pans
- Maintain cleanliness of all dishwashing areas
- Sweep the kitchen floor after each meal
- Sweep and spot mop dining room floor
- Empty trash
- Mop the kitchen floor after the last meal of the day
- Prepare clean-up pans, cleaning cloths, and spatulas for each table
- Other related duties as required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Team player
- Great communication skills
EQUIPMENT USED:
- Modern Office Equipment and Relevant Software
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
