Dishwasher Part-Time - CALDSTED FOUNDATION : Job Details

The Caldsted Foundation Retirement Community in Chattanooga, TN is looking for a Part-Time Dishwasher. We prefer candidates who enjoy working with people over the age of 65. Dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required. We can train on the job!Job Overview: The dishwasher is responsible for bussing dirty dishes, washing dishes, preparing coffee and tea for meals, delivering plates to the tables, mopping in area, cleaning in area, taking out trash to garbage dumpster, and other duties as needed.Work Schedule: Four days a week. Hours scheduled for days during the week: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The schedule runs one weekend off; the following weekend on.Pay Information: Employees are paid weekly on Thursdays. Starting pay is $13/hour.Weekly Hours: 29-30 hours per week (7-7.5 hours per shift).Benefits: Holiday pay available after three consecutive months on the job. Vacation pay available at one year. Semi-annual bonus pay starting at 18 months and every six months thereafter, with good job performance.About Us: The Caldsted Foundation provides retirement housing for seniors over the age of 65. We provide three meals/day, Monday through Saturday for our elderly residents.
