With your attention to detail and dedication to quality, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of our culinary team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment by hand or using dishwashing machines.
• Ensure all items are cleaned and sanitized according to established standards and procedures.
• Organize and maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, including disposing of waste and recycling materials.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables, as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support efficient workflow and timely service during peak hours.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution.
• Follow instructions from kitchen supervisors and managers to meet operational needs and guest expectations.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and withstand extended periods of standing and physical activity.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
