They ve been in business for the last fifty years Nationwide and internationally.ResponsibilitiesScheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needsRelaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews, field inspectors, supervisors or emergency personnelUsing telephones, two-way radios or text messages to contact employees or emergency personnelPlan for most efficient driving routes while following weather and traffic conditions to prepare alternative routes for driversPreparing daily work such as schedules and work orders for crew, or receiving work orders from work crewsKeeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information Monitoring drivers' daily logs for errors or violations, and monitoring their working hours and equipment availability while completing data-entry for all inbound and outbound informationRequirementsExcellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of conditionAbility to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same timeYou should be proficient with computer technology and able to learn company-specific programs and access GPS monitoring programsAbility to relay information and problem solve in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to pass drug testing and background checking
