As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring our street sweeping services run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with drivers, customers, and the management team to schedule and coordinate services.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Schedule and dispatch street sweeping crews efficiently
✅ Communicate with drivers to ensure timely service completion
✅ Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional support
✅ Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
✅ Maintain accurate records of routes, services, and reports
✅ Collaborate with management to optimize operations
