This role is responsible to communicate and work directly with all Vulcraft departments and outside carriers to regulate deliveries and solve any product delivery issues that may occur. This position will be actively involved in fleet management and payroll, carrier invoicing, freight availability, and monitoring of transportation assignments. This role is also responsible to maintain DOT compliance and record keeping, as well as compliance with all safety rules and regulations. This position may require being on call after work hours, including possible nights or weekends.[[cust_safetyState]]Compensation DataThis is a salary, exempt role with annual compensation ranging from $70,824 - $74,000 plus division earned Profit Sharing Bonus and Return on Asset Bonus.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent2 years of prior DOT experience and working knowledge of FMCSA regulations2 years of prior experience in dispatching and/or transportation managementPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Samsara or other transportation management systemExperience with SAP and Microsoft OfficeNucor is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer M/F/Disabled/Vets and a drug free workplace
