Job DetailsJob Details:As a Dispatch Manager, you will be at the helm of our dynamic dispatch team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fleet. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to take on a leadership role in our fast-paced logistics company. You will be responsible for managing a team of dispatchers, coordinating and overseeing the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery. You will also be the point of contact for drivers and clients, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail.Responsibilities:1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dispatch team.2. Coordinate and assign delivery schedules to drivers.3. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.4. Resolve any issues or delays in the delivery process.5. Maintain communication with drivers, providing them with necessary support and guidance.6. Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.7. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.9. Train and mentor new dispatch team members.10. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Dispatch Manager or a similar role in the logistics industry.2. Proven experience in managing a team.3. Proficient in dispatch software and routing systems.4.
