About the Opportunity: • Job Title: Dispatch/Scheduler • Pay Rate Range: $16-19/Hour • Location: Anoka, MN • Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM (1 day a week until 6PM) with optional O/T. • Position Type: Temp to Hire Dispatch/Scheduler Requirements and Qualifications:
Must have prior customer service/dispatch experience. Must be able to multi-task. Must be able to prioritize and problem solve. Must be positive and energetic. Must have computer and multi-line phone experience is a plus. Must have strong desire to grow and learn. Lifting 20lbs. Dispatch/Scheduler Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer and directing incoming calls. Take new loss information. Prioritize new losses. Schedule service crew appointments as needed. Appointment follow-up. Perform basic office duties.
