We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Dispatch Supervisor to join our growing New York Team!

Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring efficient communication and coordination with airline clients, flight operations, and dispatch teams via telephone and email.

* Plan, schedule, and communicate transportation activities to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services while meeting operational requirements.

* Monitor and track aircraft arrival and departure schedules, addressing operational updates to ensure the accurate and efficient loading and unloading of aircraft.

* Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of dispatchers, drivers, and driver assistants, including managing schedules, documentation, and performance.

* Ensure compliance with all applicable transportation regulations, safety standards, and food safety protocols as outlined in the Food Safety Management System.

* Serve as the primary liaison for receiving critical operational updates from airline clients and airports, disseminating information effectively to relevant departments.

* Oversee the maintenance and readiness of the transportation fleet, including compliance checks, fueling, and servicing.

* Process and coordinate meal orders, ensuring timely and accurate distribution across all involved departments.

* Prepare, review, and analyze operational reports, maintaining up-to-date transportation databases to support data-driven decision-making.

* Enforce workplace safety standards and effectively communicate organizational policies, procedures, and regulations to team members and stakeholders.

* Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall operational objectives.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of three years of experience in a dispatch or supervisory role, preferably in a high-paced environment.

* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

* Ability to meet all requirements for obtaining an airport ID badge.

* Proven expertise in planning, coordination, and organizational processes.

* Strong leadership qualities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

* Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making, with the capability to address challenges swiftly and effectively.

* Flexibility to accommodate various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by business operations.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other relevant technologies.
