Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer payments. Your main duty will be to answer a multi-line phone and dispatch drivers using common sense and logistics. Your duties will also include reviewing account information and correcting errors, creating invoices, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong mathematical skills and a commitment to accuracy. This position will be Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Responsibilities

• Processing and accurately recording transactions
• Maintaining detailed records of payments and account statuses
• Sending reminders regarding overdue payments
• Researching any account discrepancies and taking appropriate action for resolution
• Creating accurate and informative reports
• Collaborating with other departments to gather additional information, ensure accounts are up-to-date, and develop repayment plans
• Communicating with clients regarding the payments on their accounts
• Answering telephone with multiple lines
• Dispatching
• Use software applications for dispatching
• Collecting payments and reconciling accounts

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar position
• Previous dispatching experience
• Knowledge of vehicles is must
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Quickbooks
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and research skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to work in fast pace environment.
• Team player
• Customer Service skills are a must
• Min. typing of 75 WPM
