Dispatcher/Customer Service Associate Position Requirements:

• Proven experience as dispatcher
• Dependability a must
• Arriving to work on time each day
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant CRM's, preferably Service Titan
• Fast typing with experience in data entry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of dispatching HVAC Techs and Plumbers
• Outstanding organizational skills and multitasking abilities
• Active listener with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
• Attention to details and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of procedures and guidelines for emergency situations
• Sound judgement and critical thinking
• Willing to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process
• Willing to undergo a drug test as part of the hiring process
