Dispatcher (Dispatch) - 18 Wheels Diesel Repair : Job Details

Dispatcher duties and responsibilities we are looking for:Scheduling and dispatching truck drivers, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations according to available loads, customer requests or immediate needsRelaying information such as load documents and details or other messages to and from Drivers, Brokers, supervisors and internal personnelUsing telephones or text messages to contact Drivers, Brokers, Shippers send receivers and supervisor.Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or status updatesPreparing daily work such as schedules, Load details and email responses Being in charge of communications within company assigned territoriesKeeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other informationOffice hours are Monday through Friday 730am - 430pm (at times later as needed) weekend communication to Drivers and Brokers will be required
