Dispatcher - Classet : Job Details

Hiring for a Dispatcher/Customer Service Professional! Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air is the fastest growing company taking over the California plumbing scene, and the Contact Center is the first employee to customer touchpoint, making it one of the most important jobs there is. Your day to day will consist of:

• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
• Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
• Updates job knowledge by studying customer experience, behavioral science; participating in educational opportunities.
• Dispatches Technicians to client's homes.
• Responds to email leads, web chats, and review site messages.

We are offering a starting wage of $18 to $20 per hour, depending on your experience level. We aggressively promote from within, and if you do great work, your upside at Rooter Hero is unlimited!Requirements

• 2+ years of previous dispatch experience
• Willing to work in person at our San Jose Office
• Willing to work Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6 PM
• Great Verbal communication
• Phone & Data entry skills
• Customer service & Professionalism
• Multi-tasking to support the team!
