• The compensation for this position will range from $17-$21 hourly (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Dispatch electrical, plumbing and HVAC technicians to customer homes
• Ability to work well and quickly under pressure
• Relay important information from technicians to customers
• Fill out permits, schedule inspections and APCO when necessary
• Debrief technicians as they complete jobs and enter data into software
• Issue and enter purchase orders
• Perform other various administrative and reporting tasks

• Organization and time management skills
• Strong decision-making and change management skills
• Excel and word experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of computers and ability to navigate through software applications i.e.: Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
• Previous experience working with business management software is preferred
• Drug-free with no criminal history
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Be a team player
• Being genuine and personable is a must!
