- Act as the main communication point of contact for drivers and customers for Emergency & non-emergency road service callsRequirements: Available to Work weekends, nights and Holidays. Available for all shifts (1st, 2^nd^ & 3^rd^ shifts). Attention to detail, Knowledge of computers and relevant software, Data entry skills, Proficient in English language (written & oral), Exceptional listening & communication skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
