DISPATCHER - Just Tanx : Job Details

We are looking for an individual to join the Dispatch Team. The position is responsible for coordinating a 20 driver fleet, we are in the ISO/Container tank industry.

This is a full time, on-site position, communication skills in English are required, Spanish communications skills a plus. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, have the ability to problem solve, multi-task, and be an enthusiastic team player.

Responsibilities

Assignment of deliveries to drivers.

Scheduling appointments/follow-ups with clients.

Manage constant tracking of drivers, ensuring on-time deliveries.

Provide excellent customer service through phone call and email communications with clients and operations teams.

Tracking and updating equipment in our software program

Tracking and tracing container shipments via the terminal portal.

General office and other duties as assigned.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in dispatch operations within the drayage and logistics transportation industry, with specific knowledge of the New York/New Jersey port region.

Strong understanding of port operations, terminal procedures, and transportation logistics.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Geographical knowledge of the US
