Experience a workplace that's as exceptional as you are. Requirements Key Responsibilities as a Dispatcher:

• Communicate effectively with HVAC and Plumbing Technicians in the field, ensuring timely and efficient service to customer's homes.
• Demonstrate familiarity with the Northern Virginia area to optimize Dispatch Efficiency.
• Visualize the Dispatch Board as a Chess Game, anticipating and planning two to three moves ahead based on daily circumstances.
• Manage daily call assignments with tact and negotiation skills, balancing technician satisfaction with company goals.
• Utilize sound judgment to maximize the effectiveness of daily operations and address challenges as they arise.
• Work closely with the Dispatch Team to achieve organizational objectives, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Lead by example, demonstrating and instilling a high standard of professionalism and motivation among your team.
• Utilizing industry leading software to process work orders and invoices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of relevant Dispatch experience; HVAC, Plumbing, or Trades Industry is a big plus!.
• In-depth knowledge of Northern VA, and surrounding counties.
• Ability to anticipate and plan effectively..
• Skilled in negotiation, team building, and decision-making to align with company objectives and maintain technician morale.
• Capable of working cohesively with the Dispatch Team to meet and exceed organizational goals.
