Job Summary: The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring the efficient assignment of drivers, and maintaining clear communication between our office, job sites, and field personnel. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of materials, equipment, and workforce in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for equipment moves.
• Monitor routes, traffic, and job progress to adjust assignments and optimize efficiency.
• Serve as the primary communication hub between field teams and office staff, providing updates and resolving issues as they arise.
• Responsible for permitting and ensuring oversize loads have escort drivers.
• Respond to emergency situations such as equipment breakdowns, accidents, or weather-related delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and DOT guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, work orders, and any incidents.
• Collaborate with operations management to develop driver schedules and job assignments.
• Address customer inquiries and provide status updates on delivery and project timelines.
