Dispatcher - Bland's Wrecker Service : Job Details

Hiring full time and part-time dispatchers for a local wrecker, recovery, and transportation company. Multiple positions available. Starting pay is $16/Hour. 2nd, 3rd shift, and weekend pay incentives. Raises after training completion. No experience necessary, we provide paid training. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Taking calls for service and entering information into the dispatching software
• Dispatching the appropriate equipment for jobs
• Data entry
• Communicating effectively with Management, Drivers, and Co-Workers.

• At least 18 years old
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to answer a multi-line phone system
• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
• Ability to use basic computer programs
• Ability to interpret GPS locations from trucks and send the closest available to calls
• Ability to work Afternoons, Evenings, and Weekends
• Ability to be on call overnight from home
