It requires scheduling all field service technicians on a daily for maintenance agreement visits, service repair calls and demand calls. The position acts as a liaison between the office and all assigned service technicians. The candidate will exhibit a high level of professionalism and possess superior communication and presentation skills. Must have the knowledge, drive, organization, and intelligence to implement existing processes with a focus on maximum revenue opportunity as well as our customer service experience. Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills are a must! Key Sub Tasks for a Dispatcher

• Maintain the work schedules for field technicians and assure that all customer commitments are met.
• Providing logistical support to technicians and communicating with both fellow employees and customers.
• Informing customers of the progress of service operations while ensuring that technicians operate in a cost-effective fashion
• Must be able to match each available technician to a job based on that technician's skill level and location.
• Assist with identifying categories of liability and suggest strategies to reduce potential liability.
• Increase revenue from established customers and generate additional revenue from new customers by using proper sales techniques, problem solving skills and account management.
• Exemplary attendance with minimal occurrences of unplanned time off in adherence with the Company Employee Handbook.
• Available to work overtime, as required by daily duties, as needed (schedule discussed at time of offer).
