Responsibilities:

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service with a pleasant speaking voice.
• Build and maintain professional rapport with delivery drivers through constant communication.
• Maintain DOT driver files, ensuring DOT compliance.
• Track and maintain the seamless and timely flow of documents between the sales and corporate offices.
• Utilize keen attention to detail and accurate data entry skills for payroll and record keeping purposes.
• Perform truck, trailer and equipment inspections.
• Coordinate and update delivery schedule, ensuring sufficient staff coverage and increased efficiency.
• Any and all other duties assigned, including committee assignments.
