Dispatcher - Kelly Generator & Equipment : Job Details

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatcher to join our Service team. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching our service technicians.Responsibilities:* Schedule assigned technicians with planned maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.* Consult with Field Service Managers on all troubleshoot calls.* Document accurate information in software system.* Schedule according to best geographical location and technician certification.* Support technicians for parts and tools for assigned work.* Ensure scheduling goals are met.* Respond to customer inquiries.* Participate in ON-CALL rotation for dispatch.* Maintains professional appearance.* Assist in other duties as assigned.Qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus* Proven experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry* Knowledge of transportation systems, dispatch software, and GPS tracking systems is a plus* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities* Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions* Proficient in using computer systems and softwarePM22PIa2dfbd4ada5c-29400-#######9
