Dispatcher - GFT Ready Mix : Job Details

**This job posting is to recruit for future positions within our company** GFT Ready Mix Concrete is a small, family-run business, with a team-oriented culture and atmosphere. We are seeking a Ready Mix Dispatcher who is responsible for coordinating and communicating information to facilitate the deployment of our goods and services. Location: 100% on-site, Phoenix 85043 Schedule: M-F 8-4, occasional Saturdays WHY WORK FOR GFT READY MIX?

JOB DUTIES Some job duties include but are not limited to:

• Schedule and organization loads for customers and our drivers efficiently and quickly
• Coordinate with various employees to properly execute loads on trucks, communicate job site locations, and where to load once at the customer's job site
• Constantly review schedules and customer orders throughout the day to anticipate business demands
• Immediately report any delivery problems for quick resolution or mitigation
• Complete order intake and assist customers in identifying proper products needed for specific end uses
• Complete daily reports
• Other duties as needed

Requirements Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Bilingual - Must be fluent in English AND Spanish
• Must have the ability to work independently and make decisions while providing excellent customer service to both our customers and our drivers
• Prior ready mix/concrete knowledge preferred
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to work Saturdays as needed
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Command Alkon Series software experience preferred

Working Conditions

• May be required to work long shifts, including evenings and/or overnight, weekends and holidays to help provider 24-hour service
• Work is performed in a confined area with limited mobility

Physical Requirements

• Requires sitting for extended periods of time
