We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly, sometimes beyond our own expectations. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, motivate, and assist a large team of drivers and driver helpers (including schedules and documentation).
  • Comply with all applicable rules/regulations.
  • Receive important incoming calls/information from airline clients and the airport and communicate it to respective departments.
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
  • Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.
  • Ensure all vehicles are in working condition (i.e., compliance, fueling, maintenance).
  • Process all meal ordering information and reassure prompt and correct distribution to all involved departments.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Maintain safe workplace relaying general information to the public and other concerned parties regarding department policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • Create and review reports as necessary.
  • Update transportation databases.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
  • Works well independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to meet requirements necessary to obtain a PANYNJ ID (Port Authority NY/NJ per TSA regulations and, more specifically, 49 CFR §1542.209).
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills.
  • Team leader qualities and outstanding communication skills.
  • Dedication and attention to detail with regards to customer service.
  • Solution seeker and effective decision maker.
  • Hands-on to make sure all flights are successfully dispatched on time.
  • The ability to manage quickly to overcome any deficiencies in the transportation department.
  • Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
  • Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
