- Smooth conveyance of materials or freight for normal operations, service, or emergency needs using the load progression workflow to direct drivers to the appropriate locations according to customer needs.
- Using excellent communication and problem-solving skills when engaging with drivers or customers to resolve shipping requirements or concerns.
- Communicating regularly with the terminal manager to ensure terminal flow and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Proficient at TMW Data Entry including:
- Planning & delegating Daily/Weekly Plan
- Reviewing/communicating changes to plan as required
- Demonstrates initiative & creativity to increase Fill Rate on completed loads per week
- Understands and Escalates:
- Issues with problem drivers/lanes
- Recognizes trends in Customer Orders
- Customer concerns
- Broker/Carrier/Sister-Terminal concerns/opportunities
- Required to handle After hours calls & problem solving 24/7 Access
- Understands Dispatching roles/issues with material management
- Able to Plan/Assign loads to Drivers independently
- Provides Professional Interface with Customers & Drivers representing Page at all times.
- Communicates with Customers, other terminals, and Drivers appropriately via Totalmail, phone, email, text, etc.
- Knowledgeable and supports Safety, ELD, HOS & CSA communications with Drivers
- Delegates administrative tasks
- Assists with Billing issues
- Skilled in all duties & responsibilities of Dispatch Administration

QualificationsQualifications
- Associate degree preferred.
- 2 years of dispatch work experience in the trucking industry
- Bulk trucking experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills
- Strong listening skills
- Solid judgment and decision-making ability
- Ability to manage time.
- Must have critical thinking skills.
- Service oriented personality.
- Strong ability to communicate and work in a team.
- Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and agree to agencies drug free workplace policies
