Dispatcher & Permits Administrator - ALL Family of Companies : Job Details

ALL Crane & Equipment Rental in Nitro, WV is seeking a self-motivated professional to provide leadership and supervision in the role of Dispatcher & Permits Administrator. This position will be responsible for obtaining oversize and overweight load permits, prioritizing tasks, meeting customer expectations, and assuring compliance with all government regulations. This is a full-time, exempt position in a casual office environment. Essential Functions Obtaining oversize and overweight load permits. Keep records, logs, and schedules of the calls they make and/or receive, the vehicles and staff they monitor and control, and the actions they take. Maintain information on each call and then prepare a detailed report on all activities occurring during their shifts. Ensure on time delivery of cranes and equipment to job sites. Ensure company drivers maintain compliance with OSHA and safety regulations. Dispatcher will also assist in other activities and duties as assigned by Branch Manager.
