DISPATCHER - BONFE ***$25-27/Hr*** Weekends Fri-Mon (4 10's) Saturday and Sunday Work From Home (6:30 AM-5PM) Bonfe is a family owned and operated business specializing in Residential Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Drain Cleaning, and Electrical services. RELATIONSHIP BUILDER CONTINUOUS SELF-IMPROVEMENT DOES THE RIGHT THING Responsibilities and Qualifications As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the field service technicians, updating and coordinating services with customers throughout your shift, reporting sales to management, assisting in hitting company KPIs and administrative duties as determined by the Call Center Manager. You must be a self-starter who is able to work independently, maintain a positive work atmosphere, and effectively communicate with our customers.

• Previous customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
• Previous experience with coordinating appointments, customer interaction, and scheduling preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Time management skills
• Experience with common office hardware and software (Microsoft Office products)
• Dependable
• Ability to work independently
• Team player
• Ability to multitask and support a growing, family-oriented business
