Job Title:Dispensary Sales Representative Location:Oklahoma City, OK (Statewide travel required) Reports to:Director of Sales Compensation:$15/hour + commissions Job Type:Contract Expected hours:40 – 60 per week Age Requirement : 21+ Job Overview:As a Cannabis Sales Representative at Good Shevron, you will be responsible for building relationships with dispensaries across the state Oklahoma in order to sell them wholesale cannabis products. Deliveries will be fulfilled by another role.This junior role is a 6-month contract designed to prepare you to be a Senior Sales Executive, a full-time position.Your first 6-weeks will be paid sales training. For the remainder of your 6-month contract, you will continue to be coached and will be expected to make sales.You will be either extended a Senior Sales Executive position or denied based on your performance during this 6-month contract.This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales or cannabis, but also for individuals looking to build a career in sales or the cannabis industry. Note:While there is a base pay of $15/hour, this is apay-for-performance role and top-performers are to be highly compensated at Good Shevron.
