Dispute Resolution Representative I

CostFirst Corp. is looking for a highly motivated medical bill/lien negotiator to join our dispute resolution team. Candidates must have minimum 1 year of experience in bill negotiations or insurance claims. This is a remote position. Corporate office is in California.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage account inventory
• Create plans of action and status reports for employers and insurance carriers
• Analyze and develop legal arguments to aid in lien negotiations
• Review and summarize medical reports
• Telephone/email negotiations with medical providers
• Communicate professionally with clients and providers
