Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a Dissemination Cell Analyst. You will play a critical role in analyzing and disseminating intelligence information to key stakeholders. You will support intelligence operations, working with senior government and military officials while ensuring the timely and secure downgrading of classified materials. The ideal candidate has a strong background in intelligence analysis, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the intelligence cycle.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of intelligence data
• Engage with senior-level government and military officials to communicate findings
• Downgrade and disseminate classified materials following security protocols
• Provide intelligence insights and recommendations in support of defense operations
• Use analytical tools and methodologies to support intelligence production

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in research and analysis
• 8+ years of experience in intelligence or a related field
• Experience working within the Department of Defense (DoD)
• Experience engaging with senior government and military officials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Active TS/SCI clearance required, with willingness to take a polygraph exam

Additional Qualifications / Nice to Have:

• Experience working in the Intelligence Community
• Experience downgrading classified materials
• Knowledge of the EUCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR)
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph

Nice If You Have:

• 4+ years of experience in all-source analysis production
• Experience in data analytics, analysis, and visualization
• Strong knowledge of the intelligence cycle
• A demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt in dynamic environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively brief stakeholders
