Performance Health is seeking a Distribution Associate III to join our team in Cedarburg, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for both shipping, receiving, inventory and material handling functions including the pulling and stocking of product to the preparation and shipment while maintainingaccuracy and timeliness. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform all DC activities including, but not limited to Picking, Packing, Shipping, Receiving and Inventory (All activities must adhere to all associated BOPs and SOPs)
- Achieve all packaging, shipping, receiving, cycle counting and picking, inbound/outbound and pack-out metric standards
- Create and maintain culture of safety, teamwork, and ethical business practices. Notify Leadership of any unsafe conditions within their work area
- Ensure compliance to GDP, GMP, UL Certification, HazMat Regulations
- Use Voice/RF devices to accurately locate and move material for accurate tracking
- QA management of inbound and outbound shipments
- Research and investigate to rectify missing or incorrect product information
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Manage truck line expediting
- BOL creation
- Custom's documentation and export documentation
- Amazon delivery management
- Handling customer communications internally and externally
- Adhere to corporate and/or site policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience working in a distribution center
- Operate 75% or more equipment in the building tow motor, reach truck, stand-up and pallet jack, tugger. Must gain certification to operate equipment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Master Control, BPCS, Microsoft Dynamics AX, SPS, FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, Netsuite and Vendor Central
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient problem-solving, organizing and coordinating skills
- Basic math skills and logical reasoning
