Overview
Scope of Responsibilities: Works under direct supervision and follow standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
Job Summary: Responsible for security, inventory management and general flow of the inventory associated with the Distribution Center
Responsibilities
Job Duties:
- Deliver total customer service to our stores and other departments
- Operate all equipment associated with Cycle Counting responsibilities, Receiving and Put-Away functions and order picking responsibilities.
- Investigate inventory adjustments that meet loss threshold on daily/weekly/monthly reports and follow up with appropriate staff members, stores, facilities and management.
- Complete total warehouse inventory count of all locations and buildings of the Distribution Center at least twice annually and document accordingly.
- Conduct regular stock checks and dating parameters and promptly report discrepancies to Supervisor.
- Assist in cross functional work assignments when work load demands
- Maintain open communications with the management team, to help coordinate the general flow of inventory throughout the Distribution Center pipeline
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Job Skills Required:
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Successful completion of all mandatory training
- Must possess above average math skills
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
- Preferred: Previous experience, but not required
Special Conditions of Employment:
- Drug test
- Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
- Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
Compensation:
$16.00 - $18.17 an hour
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
