    WOW Logistics Oshkosh Distribution Center is now hiring for a Distribution Center Manager! As the Distribution Center Manager for our Oshkosh facility, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the facility. This position will be responsible for planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, decision making, and working with our customer base. Responsibilities:
    • Handle all customer inquiries, complaints, and notifications in a timely manner as requested
    • Ensure staff and shift meetings are taking place daily
    • Assigning duties to Warehouse Workers according to work load and schedule
    • Motivate, coach and appraise employee performance
    • Leading approximately 15 personnel including hourly - will be heavily involved in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching/mentoring employees
    • Prepare Corrective Actions and direct follow up as necessary
    • Write and conduct performance reviews
    • Uphold company policies consistently and fairly
    • Participate in leadership training
    • Monitor and train new employees
    • Maintain a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the job
    • Direct and manage the activities of all warehouse staff, including forklift drivers, operations coordinators and leads
    • Promote a safe work environment and comply with OSHA standards
    • Ensure optimum operating efficiency while conforming to company standards, policies and procedures along with customer standards and expectations
    • Assist/lead safety training and meetings
    • Inventory, problem solving inventory discrepancies
    • Develop content for Communication meetings
    • Write SOP's for customer accounts as necessary
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by management
    • Drive safety and quality initiatives
    • Support of company goals and initiatives
    • Food safety to include employee training and building sanitation
    Qualifications:
    • Associates degree in Business Management, Logistics, or similar field preferred
    • 3+ years of management experience, including financial responsibility
    • Must be detail-oriented and well organized; excellent written, listening, verbal, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong MS Office Skills; including Word, Excel and Outlook is a must
    • Strong math skills. General knowledge of accounting math would be preferred
    • Ability to prioritize, organize, self-manage, and successfully balance multiple tasks and requests to meet project deadlines
    • Must have a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced environment
