Distribution Coordinator - VSE : Job Details

SUMMARY: The Distribution Associate ensures that all customer orders are accurately retrieved and packed for shipment.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Using both voice-directed warehouse picking system and paper orders accurately pull stock to demand. Package any orders ensuring no shipping damage and all shipping guidelines are met, including verifying part number and quantity to ensure accuracy. Ensure safe operation of forklift, pallet jacks, and any other necessary equipment. Meet daily/weekly/monthly fulfillment deadlines Combine any conveyable and non-conveyable stock according to customer orders, ensuring packaging meets shipping guidelines and ensure no damage. Other duties as assigned.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience Demonstrated basic computer skills PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Forklift certification or prior experience OTHER: The selected applicant will be subject to a background check and drug testing.
