Job Title: Distribution Lead

Location: Louisville , KY

Pay rate: $30.04/hour

What's the Job?

• Plans, tracks, and coordinates activities to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of hub operations.
• Adhere to quality standards and effective use of staff.
• Oversees inbound flow, inventory control/accuracy, and outbound flow activities.
• Develops processes and procedures to support the loading, unloading, and sortation of packages, and participates in the development of requirements for hub support systems.
• Maintains deep knowledge of hub systems and technologies to support frontline teams.
• Maintains information of hub operations activities that support hub operation performance metrics and operations process improvement.
• Provides administrative or technical support to ensure effective on-going operations.
• Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area by evaluating and selecting solutions from established options.
