Distribution Manager (2nd Shift) - Caterpillar : Job Details

This Distribution Manager (2nd Shift) oversees Inbound Processing Center (IPC) operations in the receiving, packaging, allocation, and shipping of material. This role serves as a front line leader with majority of time spent out on the floor. This role provides guidance and supervision to ensure the accomplishment of distribution center goals, including those related to budget and cost structure. Additional Info:This role is located in Waco, TX and does not offer relocation. This role is 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2 pm-10:30 pm. This role is 100% on-site with no opportunity for hybrid or remote schedules. What You Will Do: Making workflow decisions under the direction of management.
