Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Distribution Manager to oversee distribution efforts across our large-scale manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams of 150+ employees and ensuring seamless coordination across all warehouse functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 150+ employees, including supervisors, warehouse staff, and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the distribution, transportation and logistics operations within a large manufacturing environment.
• Ensure efficient and timely distribution of aerospace products to meet customer demands.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and improve productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., production, quality control, procurement) to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control to prevent shortages or excesses.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Analyze performance data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management within a large manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
