We are Now Hiring Order Pullers for a Warehouse located in Kilgore, TX.Work Schedule: Monday-Friday,Day & Night Shift available!Hourly Pay: $14.00-$16.70 per hourFacility: Air ConditionedMust be able to pass a nation wide background check.Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pull and fill orders according to customer requirements and quality standards.
• Utilize provided picking lists to accurately select products from inventory.
• Organize and package selected items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
• Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Follow established procedures for quality control and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Embrace a fast-paced work environment, consistently meeting productivity expectations.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential for success in this role.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Strong organizational skills and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must have 3 years of recent warehouse experience.
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
