Job Summary: The District Executive Assistant (EA) serves as a vital support to the Superintendent, ensuring efficient administrative operations within the school district. This confidential position requires the ability to perform specialized and highly complex tasks, including coordinating district-wide schedules, maintaining official documentation, and preparing Board of Trustees meeting agendas and minutes. The EA acts as a liaison for the Superintendent, Board members, staff, and the public. The EA must possess excellent organizational skills, discretion, and a strong understanding of district policies, state laws, and public administration principles. The role demands independent judgment, initiative, and the ability to handle demanding situations while prioritizing multiple responsibilities effectively. Interviews will be on January 10th Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in a similar role. Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative or executive assistant experience, ideally in a school or district setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and communication tools, with strong typing and organizational skills.
