- Train and develop Team Leaders to enhance technical knowledge and leadership skills
- Identify and foster store food service potential and performance
- Uphold and improve a safe and clean food service area for both the employee and the customer
- Maintain connected with industry trends and leverage this knowledge to recommend new product lines and food concepts.
- Relentlessly pursue and reinforce company customer service standards
- Provide ongoing training and development for all Team Members as a part of ensuring food service standards and procedures
- Monitor the presentation of food in the stores to ensure consistency of quality and presentation
- Monitor area market for consumer prices and available competition
- Identify and recognize store strengths and areas of opportunity
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5-7 years of operational leadership experience, emphasis on Food Service preferred
- Friendly & Outgoing
- Ability and desire to self-start
- Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Comfort and confidence in working with all levels of an organization
- Comfort and ability work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
