  • Lead, train, and mentor Head of School and Education Directors to achieve business results.
  • Hold location leadership accountable for operational and financial performance.
  • Identify professional development needs and implement training programs.
  • Support recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies for staff.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Sales & Enrollment Growth
  • Develop and implement district-wide sales and marketing strategies to drive enrollment.
  • Support Head of School in achieving revenue and retention goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
Operations Management
  • Ensure all locations adhere to company policies, operational standards, and best practices.
  • Manage site budgets, control expenses, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Conduct regular site visits and audits to drive continuous improvement.
  • Optimize staff scheduling and ensure operational efficiency.
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure all locations meet regulatory compliance, licensing, and safety requirements.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, security, and health & safety protocols.
  • Conduct staff training on compliance.
Customer Experience & Community Engagement
  • Champion customer experience across all locations.
  • Build strong relationships with families and community partners.
  • Support the execution of marketing and outreach initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements This job is for you if you:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and/or Early Childhood Education or related field preferred or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in multi-site leadership within early childhood education, hospitality, or a customer-focused industry.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in sales and operations.
  • Experience with NY DOH licensing compliance, article 47 preferred.
  • Are a strong leader with proven experience, managing an upwards of 10+ direct reports
  • Are a customer service guru with exceptional hospitality skills
  • Self-starter who has a passion for finding solutions and can tackle projects on their own
  • Commitment to the highest level of facility safety and cleanliness
  • Are comfortable traveling to multiple sites across NYC
  • Physical exam and background checks are required for this position.

Pay rate based on experience ranges from $100,000 - $115,000 annually plus Bonus/Commissions Physical Demands: The role involves standing, walking, sitting, constant movement, and occasional climbing. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds is required. Specific sensory abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus.
