District Manager - Northeast - Runnings : Job Details

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES A. Assist in the hiring and recruiting of store managers, assistant store managers, manager trainees and key personal within a store. B. Help resolve problems that affect the stores' service, efficiency, and productivity. C. Conduct orientation, train and coach the management staff in execution of daily tasks and to maximize sales. D. Coordinate new store openings, relocations, expansions, remodels and/or closing of existing locations. E. Ensure that proper channels of communication exist between stores and the corporation. F. Review operational reports and records to assure adherence to company policies and procedures, monitor store profitability and manage to a budget. G. Inspect premises of stores to ensure that adequate security exists and that physical facilities comply with safety and environmental codes. H. Oversee compliance of store managers with established company policies and standards such as safekeeping of company funds, personnel practices, security, and inventory management. I. Conduct annual store manager performance and store evaluations. RSI1-CMP
