We even offer pet insurance.Thepay range for a District Manager of Sales is a base salary of $90,000 - $150,000 / year + bonus incentivesWhat You Will Do:The District Manager of Sales is responsible for leading strategic initiatives, in conjunction with the execution and acceleration of profitable growth while delivering a wonderful experience for our team members and customers. Collaborate with Regional Sales leaders on new and existing revenue streams to achieve optimal sales effectiveness.
    • Responsible for the analysis, execution, and acceleration of profitable revenue generation within the assigned territory
    • Build, lead, and manage the sales team within the territory.
    • Coach, train, and develop Team Managers in all aspects of sales and marketing in a multi-location, retail environment
    • Set short-term and long-range strategic revenue goals in accordance with the directive of the AVP (Area Vice President) of Sales
    • Accountable for the territory's revenue growth, as well as monthly reports and training
    • Communicate strategic sales strategy to Team Managers, monitor the strategy as the team executes, and focus the team on executing and meeting the right sales goalsOur Ideal Candidate:We are actively seeking a motivated individual to join our high-performing sales team, offering unparalleled opportunities for professional growth. The ideal candidate would have experience in the P&C Insurance industry or agency setting, have corporate business operations experience or mindset, and has led multiple employees, sties, territories, or regions.Key Attributes:
      • Bachelor's Degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience
      • Property & Casualty license
      • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, and/or marketing, preferably insurance sales
      • 2+ years of experience in a management-level position
      • Proven sales leader with experience managing regional sales teams in a gritty, hands-on environment
      • Experience working in an incredibly competitive, high-growth environment with accountability for sales and business development
      • Willing and able to travel throughout the assigned region
      • Skilled at understanding and managing sales functions
      • Strong business acumen with solid working knowledge of strategic planning, goal setting, sales, and business development
      • Ability to earn the respect and trust of employees
      • Ability to connect with front-line employees within the region and make employees work towards a common goalPreferred Attributes:
        • Experience Commercial Lines would be a plus
        • Strong sales leader with a great leadership presence
        • Ability to shape the strategy and positioning; as well as lead, plan and manage change
