Job Summary

The District Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving sales growth and profitability for Sysco. This leadership position is responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to Territory Managers, ensuring they achieve maximum sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Territory Managers, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of sales management experience in the B2B market segment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Work Environment

The District Sales Manager will work in a normal office environment or from a remote home-based office, with occasional travel to customer sites and company events. The position requires a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company minimum standards.
