District Sales Manager

(Pre-engineered Metal Buildings)

We are partnered with a Pre-Engineered Metal Building and Structural Steel company in Texas who is urgently looking to add a District Sales Manager with Pre-Engineered Metal Building experience.

• Pre-Engineered Metal Building Sales or Estimating Experience
• Tekla and MBS experience is a plus.
• 5 years minimum in PEMB sales – 5-10 years preferred
• Full Benefits: Mileage is reimbursed for travel throughout Houston and San Antonio – maybe Dallas/Austin
• Salary plus Commission

Territories Covered: Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, Maybe Austin

Salary: Ideally $70k-$77k on a base – would still potentially interview up to $85k but must be highly qualified

Commission Structure: 2% of all sales (half is paid on booking of the job – the other half paid when payment is cleared)
