Job Summary and Qualifications

This department will lead the direction and management of the NTXD Division facilitys medical staff services department (MSSD) activities. This department serves as primary liaison between facility and Credentialing Processing Center (CPC) on processes related to initial appointment, re-appointment, clinical privileging, and onboarding.

What you will do in this role:

  • Collaborate with Division Director and Team Leads on credentialing processes and workflows.
  • Prepare credentialing reports for medical staff leaders, committees, and the governing body.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the facility and the CPC.
  • Update Meditech Practitioner Dictionary/Database to be consistent with practitioner data in Cactus.

What qualifications you will need:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, Associate Degree or higher preferred
  • At least one (1) year previous credentialing experience preferred
  • HCA Healthcare credentialing and Cactus experience preferred
  • Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist preferred
